Event FAQs.
-
Someone in your life you’d like to spend some intentional time with. It works for all relationship types. At our events so far, half the attendees have been friends, a third have been couples, and roughly one in five pairs have been family members.
-
Unfortunately no. The purpose of the event is to deepen a relationship you already have, and you cannot participate in two of the three activities with someone you don’t know.
-
Nope. You’ll be spending the time chatting to whoever you attend with. Our host may ask people to share reflections on the conversations in between activities with the room, but there’s no pressure on that.

Nope. Our activities are designed to be light-hearted and positive. The act of showing appreciation is a little vulnerable, but there’s no pressure to get incredibly deep and certainly not with anyone you don’t know.

Each ticket is entry for two people and pays for your facilitator’s time, paper and pens, conversation activity cards, and in some cases venue hire fee. Depending on the location and venue, there may be other things included in your ticket (see the bottom of this description for specific details).
-
We limit our events to a maximum of 10 pairs, so 20 people, to keep the intimate and casual feeling. Some venues have slightly smaller capacities, which is indicated by the number of tickets available detailed at the bottom of this description.
-
Our events are typically 90-minutes in duration, including a break in the middle.
-
Absolutely! The activities will be the same event to event, but if you attend with someone else you’ll have a different experience as your conversations will change. We’ve had multiple people attending more than once, for example attending with a friend and then their partner the next time.
-
Yes for sure. We’d encourage anyone even remotely curious to try it out.
